Letter of Intent Submission

Submit your Letter of Intent (LOI) for the Research Initiative’s Grant Program in the link below.

The LOI demonstrates your desire to complete a full application, if invited to do so. The deadline for the LOI is April 26, 2024. Those who are invited to submit a full application will be notified in late May 2024. The LOI should include the follow:

Letter of Intent Guidelines
1. Descriptive title of proposed research
2. Name, address, telephone number, and email of the principal investigator(s) and grant contact
3. Names of other key personnel
4. Participating institutions
5. Provide a concise description of your proposed project. This description will be used to determine if your research/project is a good fit with our Grant Program’s focus of cerebral palsy and priorities of early diagnosis and treatment.
6. For pilot and extension grants: Include methods and research plans. Outline the proposed study design and methods. Identify the subject population. Identify key issues that may have an impact on the success of the proposed project. For affiliate planning grants: Explain the potential significance and impact of your proposed project.

Format:
1. Type all pages single-spaced, with at least one-half inch margins (top, bottom, left, and right). Use an Arial, Helvetica, Palatino Linotype, or Georgia typeface, a black font color, and a font size of 11 points or larger.
2. Number all pages consecutively, in the bottom right-hand margin. Do not exceed 2 pages.
