AAIDD

(American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)

AAIDD is a professional association committed to advancing the understanding and support of intellectual and developmental disabilities. It promotes progressive policies, sound research, effective practices, and universal human rights for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

ANCOR

(American Network of Community Options and Resources)

ANCOR is a national trade association representing private providers of services to people with disabilities. The organization advocates for policies that support community-based services and ensure access to high-quality support for individuals with disabilities. 

AUCD

(Association of University Centers on Disabilities)

AUCD is a national network of interdisciplinary centers advancing policy and practice for and with individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families, and communities. AUCD members work together to promote inclusion, equity, and diversity and to enhance the quality of life for all people with disabilities. 

ASAN

(Autistic Self Advocacy Network)

ASAN is a national grassroots disability rights organization run by and for autistic people. It focuses on advancing the principles of the disability rights movement with a particular emphasis on promoting acceptance, inclusion, and self-determination for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Easterseals

Easterseals is a nonprofit organization providing a wide range of services to support individuals with disabilities and their families. These services include early intervention, inclusive childcare, medical rehabilitation, employment and training programs, and community-based supports. Easterseals aims to help people with disabilities achieve independence, inclusion, and full participation in society. 

NACDD

(National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities)

NACDD is a national organization representing the 56 state and territorial councils on developmental disabilities. It works to promote the full inclusion, independence, and self-determination of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through advocacy, capacity building, and collaboration with other stakeholders.

TASH

TASH is an international membership association advocating for equity, inclusion, and human rights for people with disabilities. TASH focuses on promoting education, employment, community living, and dignity for individuals with disabilities, with an emphasis on social justice and systemic change.

The American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine is an Academy of over 1,100 health professionals including pediatricians, therapists, nurses, neurologists, surgeons, engineers, scientists, and educators. This professional society is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

(Cerebral Palsy Research Network)

The Cerebral Palsy Research Network is the largest network of hospitals and community members working together to improve health and wellness outcomes for people with cerebral palsy. The entire community is included in high quality research, development of education materials, and the implementation of clinical care pathways.

CPF

(Cerebral Palsy Foundation)

The Cerebral Palsy Foundation is a nonprofit organization composed of many of the country’s most prestigious medical institutions and thinkers in order to increase awareness and support for cerebral palsy public policy, research, and investment. The Foundation works to better understand how to effect change at the right moments of impact in order to improve health outcomes and quality of life.

Prevent Child Abuse America is the largest and oldest organization seeking to prevent the abuse and neglect of children in the U.S.

CanChild

CanChild is a research center housed within the School of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. It is a hub of international scientists that conducts research, generates innovative knowledge, and transforms the lives of children and youth with disabilities and their families.  

AmexCPTND

Academia Mexicana para la Parálisis Cerebral y Trastornos del Neurodesarrollo (Mexican Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Disorders) is a global network made up of health professionals dedicated to providing multidisciplinary scientific education and promoting research to the benefit of individuals with developmental disabilities.

The International Cerebral Palsy Society is a global nonprofit organization composed of members with lived experienced with cerebral palsy as well as their families and professionals who work with them.
