Call for proposals to present at the 2025 Conference are now open!  The Annual Conference Planning Committee aims for proposals in the following 4 categories:

• Workforce & Organizational Development  – These sessions will aim to address topics related to the workforce crisis, such as recruiting, hiring, and retention. Additionally, topics that promote a positive workplace culture such as team building and process improvement.  
• Leadership Strategies – These topics aim to enhance leadership skills of current leaders and emerging leaders.  Topics may include identifying and nurturing future leadership, change management, trust building, and strategic planning.  
• Fundraising & Development Strategies – These sessions will focus on topics that support the organizations fundraising goals, sustainability and increase diverse revenue streams.  Potential topics include major gift prospecting, development of a fundraising plan, email and direct mail appeals, events, face to face asking. 
• Program Development – These sessions will focus on the development of programs within an organization.  Examples of session topics include an affiliate sharing a program that they have implemented or improved and the outcomes experienced.  

Deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, November 29th, 2024.
